Founded in 2010 by Captain Michael Henderson, Tip Frontier began as a small sailing school in Sydney Harbour with a simple mission: to provide world-class yachting education that combines traditional seamanship with modern navigation technology.

What started as weekend sailing lessons has evolved into Australia's premier maritime training institution, offering comprehensive courses from beginner basics to advanced coastal navigation. With 25 years of maritime experience, Captain Henderson holds a Master Mariner certification and has sailed across the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans. He founded Tip Frontier to share his passion for sailing and commitment to maritime safety.
